The mission:
Support an EV start-up define and develop a detailed business process roadmap and associated PDM approach to bring a brand-new truck into series production in under two years.

An electric truck start-up with a product idea and a team of <10 was looking to grow their organization and capability to deliver a brand-new mass production truck to the road in under two years.
QR_ were tasked with first defining and then creating a business process roadmap, along with an approach to PDM and all the associated processes. This was a 12-week engagement for three QRians.
