A marine robotics scaleup were working to launch their own fleet, but without a bill of materials in place mobilization of the first vessel was delayed over 3 months resulting in an estimated £9 million in lost revenue.
Quick Release_ were brought in to define processes from the ground up, collate a Centralized bill of materials from disparate data sources and diagnose risks and process gaps.
