QR_ structured the client’s MBOM and established the process of creating, approving, and releasing MBOM components.
After building the initial MBOM, QR_ trained the client’s team and completed a full process handover in 1 month.
Downstream Consumption Tactical Team
QR_ followed each MBOM part release out of the PLM and into ERP, MES and the Quality Management system.
After ensuring data aligned across systems, QR_ worked closely with the system admins to scrutinize the integration process and make any adjustments required such that data was consumed appropriately.
