The mission:

The different units of the business operated as separate entities with their own processes, leading difficulties managing the different units throughout their products’ lifecycles.

This presented a significant blocker to timely, high-quality delivery, and therefore achieving their business growth targets.

To address this challenge, we had to understand these differences, determine where these should be eradicated, and where they should be preserved to maintain the right degree of autonomy between the business units, whilst increasing product development efficiency through a centralized process and coordination of resources.
