"We’ve gone twice as fast for less than half the projected cost... and now have a functioning ERP! Impressive work for a team of four."

Key stakeholder, electrified HGV start-up

The mission:

Rectify multi-entity ERP implementation grossly exceeding original budget and timeline with no value-add outputs by re-scoping, selecting and implementing more suitable ERP.

PDM in action: ERP selection and implementation

A scale-up electrified CV manufacturer with multiple entities was in the process of implementing an ERP system that was poorly scoped and selected. Implementation was overrunning budget and timeline significantly with no value-add outputs.

Increasing uncertainty regarding if the system would be ready or suitable for SoP led to poor opinions of the system and low confidence in the implementation. Business decision made to restart system selection and implementation.
