Quantifying engineering efficiency is hard… but not impossible.

The industry needs more skilled engineers, and to better retain those it has. But to bridge the immediate gap, smarter deployment of existing resource is a must.

Case study:

Significantly increasing repair flowline throughput for a jet engine OEM

Implementing and securing buy-in for a BTRS tool

How closer integration of procurement and engineering through a BTRS tool and associated roll-out enhanced program performance.

Cross-sector lessons for successfully scaling production.

Aerospace has unique requirements and challenges, but this shouldn’t preclude transferrable lessons and approaches from other sectors informing the production ramps necessary to transform global aviation.

Case study:

Define and implement a process to create and release parts from EBoM to the MBoM for an eVTOL start-up.

Pre-reqs for successfully introducing ECM in a start-up

Harley Beattie outlines ‘minimum’ and ‘ideal’ requirements for throughput-optimized ECM implementations in a greenfield enviroment.
